Ocean Park Homes For Sale

OCEAN PARK HOMES FOR SALE  |  NEW LISTINGS  |  UNLISTED

ocean-park-homes-for-sale-01The Ocean Park neighborhood is part of the City of Santa Monica, located in the southwest corner, between Pico Blvd. and Dewey Street, and from Lincoln Blvd., to the Pacific Ocean.  Other adjacent neighborhoods include Pico and Oakwood.  One can find a mix of older and newecp-ad-new-homes-la-socal-jr homes, from small to large, as well as apartments and condominiums.  The area has the feel of a typical beach city, casual and artsy, but is considered cleaner and more upscale than some of its neighbors.  The many boutiques and restaurants of Ocean Park offer shopping and entertainment, and the beach provides a relaxing distraction from the sometimes hectic pace of life in Los Angeles. Sundays offer a weekly Farmer’s Market and the Santa Monica Pier Aquarium is just a few minutes to the north. The I-10 freeway is located just to north and the I-405 to the east.
